摘要
本文利用Hypermesh对某船用发动机排气系统进行前期的网格处理,用Abaqus结构仿真软件对该系统进行热模态计算分析。文中做了两种方案的分析,后者是对前者结构的优化。通过增加支撑点的方式,使该排气系统避开发动机常用转速对应的点火激励频率段,取得了较好的效果,有效的避免了因发动机激励共振引起的故障。
In this paper,Hypermesh is used to carry out preliminary grid processing on the exhaust system of the marine engine,and structural simulation software Abaqus is used to carry out thermal modal calculation and analysis on the exhaust system.Two schemes are analyzed in this paper,and the latter is an optimization of the former.By increasing the support points,the exhaust system can avoid the ignition excitation frequency section corresponding to the common engine speed,which has achieved good results and effectively avoided the faults caused by engine resonance.
