摘要
本文以LT集团客户信息管理系统为研究对象,采用理论与实际相结合的方法,通过研究国内外现有的客户关系管理系统的相关理论和到LT集团进行实地调研,分析介绍了LT客户信息管理系统,并对系统的汽车销售板块进行系统性的分析,然后剖析出客户信息管理系统销售板块存在的问题。最后,针对销售板块提出一些建议。
This article takes LT Group's customer information management system as the research object,adopts a combination of theory and practice,analyzes and introduces the LT customer information management system by studying the relevant theories of existing customer relationship management systems at home and abroad,and conducting field research in LT.,Carry out a systematic analysis of the system's automobile sales,and then analyze the problems in the customer information management system.Finally,I put forward some suggestions for LT Group's customer relationship management system.
