摘要
分析了一种纯电动汽车动力电池热管理系统的液热系统过水PTC实际使用过程可能会出现的液体过温问题,详细论述其工作原理。搭建电池包液热系统的试验台架,并运用台架的温度场分析,得到了电池包液热系统的各位置温度分布。试验结果表明:随着电池过水加热PTC功率的提升,液体进水温度会不断提升,但在匹配的3kW过水加热PTC不会出现液体过温问题,可以正常使用。
This paper analyses the liquid overheat problem that may occur in the actual use process of the liquid overwater PTC of a pure electric vehicle power battery thermal management system,and discusses its working principle in detail.The test bench of the battery envelope liquid heat system is constructed,and the temperature field analysis of the battery envelope liquid heat system is obtained.The test results show that with the increase of PTC power of over-water heating of the battery,the temperature of liquid water inlet will continue to increase,but in the matching 3kW over-water heating PTC will not have the problem of over-temperatureing of liquid,can be used normally.
