摘要
针对垂直循环立体停车设备在传动过程中存在明显的传动过程不平稳的问题,选取了垂直循环式立体停车设备的链传动部分进行分析。链条传动过程中的产生多边形效应以及链轮链条的啮合冲击是造成链传动不平稳的原因,提出了通过减小主动轮的传动角速度和增加传动链轮齿数的方式来提高传动过程中的稳定性,并通过仿真分析验证了链传动的特性与理论分析结果具有一致性。
Iin view of the obvious unstable transmission process in the transmission process of vertical circulation stereo parking equipment,the chain transmission part of vertical circulation stereo parking equipment is selected for analysis.The polygonal effect and the meshing impact of chain drive are the reasons for the instability of chain drive.The stability of transmission process is improved by reducing the transmission angular speed of driving wheel and increasing the number of teeth of driving sprocket.The simulation results verify that the characteristics of chain drive are consistent with the theoretical analysis results.
