脏腑推拿联合治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Essential Hypertension with Viscera Massage

目的:观察脏腑推拿联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平等常规西药治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:将100例高血压患者采用简单随机抽样法随机分成对照组与治疗组各50例,对照组常规口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平5mg/d,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合脏腑推拿1次/d治疗,对比分析两组治疗的临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组血压水平数据无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组收缩压(135.23±4.54)mmHg和舒张压(83.65±4.34)mmHg明显低于对照组治疗后的收缩压(143.45±5.46)mm Hg和舒张压(85.24±3.28)mm Hg(P<0.05);血液生化指标上两组在接受治疗后血钾血纳肌酐尿酸显著降低,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后两组在血压控制率、并发症发生率、异常症状发生率、治疗总有效率上组间相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)且治疗组在以上临床观察指标当中皆优于对照组。结论:脏腑推拿联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压不仅在调控血压方面效果确切,而且还可在治疗过程中协调脑、心、肝等诸多脏腑间的相互关系,有利于降低高血压并发症、异常症状的发生概率,值得临床推广。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of visceral massage combined with levamlodipine besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods 100 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given levamlodipine besylate 5 mg/d, while the treatment group was treated with visceral massage once a day on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05). After treatment, systolic blood pressure(135.23 ± 4.54) mmHg and diastolic blood pressure(83.65 ± 4.34) mmHg in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(143.45 ± 5.46) mmHg and(85.24 ± 3.28) mmHg(P < 0.05). In terms of blood biochemical indexes, serum potassium, serum sodium creatinine and uric acid were significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05). Before and after treatment, there were significant differences in blood pressure control rate, incidence of complications, incidence of abnormal symptoms and total effective rate between the two groups(P < 0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group in the above clinical observation indexes. Conclusion: Visceral massage combined with Levamlodipine besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension not only has exact effect in regulating blood pressure, but also can coordinate the relationship between brain, heart, liver and many other viscera in the treatment process, which is conducive to reduce the incidence of hypertension complications and abnormal symptoms, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
