基于静音时刻的病房噪音暴露现状分析及干预性研究

Analysis and intervention of noise exposure in ward based on silent time

目的了解我院作为三级甲等医院的病房噪音暴露现状,寻求噪音控制策略,提升患者就医体验及临床医务工作者的工作环境。方法运用噪音分贝仪监测病区的整体噪音等效声级水平,了解病房噪音暴露的现状,分析噪音的来源,制定有效的干预措施,比较干预前后的病房整体噪音等效声级水平及噪音的来源分贝值的差异大小。结果干预前病房的噪音等效声级分贝值均高于国内规定标准,干预后病房的噪音等效声级分贝值较干预前均有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。结论通过对病房的噪音来源进行合理的干预,能够有效地改善病房噪音环境,为提高患者的就医体验及为医务工作者创造良好的工作环境奠定基础。

Objective our hospital as a level three a hospital,in order to understand the status quo of noise exposure in Ward,seek noise control strategy,improve patient experience and the working environment of clinical medical workers.Methods using the noise isolation instrument to monitor the level of the overall noise equivalent sound level in the ward,to understand the current situation of noise exposure in the ward,to analyze the source of noise,and to formulate effective intervention measures.To compare the level of noise equivalent level and the difference of noise source decibel before and after intervention.Results The noise equivalent decibel values in the pre-intervention ward were all higher than the domestic standard,and the noise equivalent decibel values in the post-intervention ward were all lower than before the intervention(P≤0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Through reasonable intervention on the noise source of the ward,it can effectively improve the noise environment of the ward,lay a foundation for improving the patient's medical experience and creating a good working environment for medical workers.
