儿科门诊会话的批评话语研究

摘要 在批评话语分析的视角下,借助分类系统、及物性、语气与情态这四种语言工具探讨儿科门诊会话的言语特征,研究发现:1)儿科医生无暇利用分类系统解释晦涩难懂的医学术语;2)儿科医生话语主要涉及心理过程和言语过程;3)权势性语气词“噢”和“哈”是医患关系不对称的反映;4)医患在表义务和表意愿的情态值使用上存在显著差异。医患门诊会话的批评话语研究,有益于促进医务工作者减少权势性话语,建立和谐、平等、互动、合作的新型医患关系。 This study explores the language features of pediatric outpatient conversation in the framework of critical discourses fromthefollowing four aspects: classification, transitivity, mood and modality. It is found that 1) pediatricians are too busy to employ the classificationsystemto explain obscure medical terms;2) pediatricians’discourses mainly involve mental and verbal processes;3) the powerfulmodal particles "o" and "ha" reflect the asymmetry of doctor-patient relationship;4) there are significant differences between doctorsand patients in the use of modality values referring to obligations and intentions. Through the study of the critical discourse in doctorpatientoutpatient conversations, the medical workers are urged to reduce dominant discourses, so as to establish a harmonious, equal,interactive and cooperative doctor-patient relationship.
