不同肥料种类与施肥量对容器限根栽培柿树叶片生理特性的影响

Effects of Different Fertilizer Types on Physiological Characteristics of Persimmon Leaves by Root Container Controlled Cultivation

以容器限根栽培的2年生柿树为研究对象,研究不同肥料种类和施肥量对其叶片生理特性的影响。研究表明:控根容器栽培条件下,单凭基质中养分和秋施一定量有机肥无法满足柿幼树的正常生长发育,半量施用发酵有机肥和化肥可显著提高叶片的光合效果,促进可溶性糖和淀粉的积累,提高叶片中矿质元素含量。施用发酵有机肥可显著提高叶片的水分运输能力,而施用化肥则使叶片水分运输能力显著降低。

The effects of different fertilizer types on leaf physiological characteristics of persimmon were studied.The results showed that under the condition of root controlled cultivation,the normal growth and development of persimmon saplings could not be satisfied only by nutrients in the substrate and a certain amount of organic fertilizer in autumn.Half application of fermented organic fertilizer could significantly improve the photosynthetic effect of leaves,promote the accumulation of soluble sugar and starch,and increase the content of mineral elements in leaves.The application of fermented organic fertilizer could significantly improve the water transport capacity of leaves,while the application of chemical fertilizer can significantly reduce the water transport capacity of leaves.
