宁波市2016-2018年<2岁儿童肠套叠流行病学特征

Epidemiological characteristics of intussusception among <2-year-old children in Ningbo city, 2016-2018

目的了解宁波市<2岁儿童肠套叠的流行病学特征。方法通过宁波市人口健康信息平台收集宁波市2016-2018年<2岁儿童肠套叠病例信息,运用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果2016-2018年宁波市共报告<2岁儿童肠套叠1955例,年均发病率为523.62/10万。2016年、2017年、2018年发病率分别为587.22/10万、566.47/10万、416.91/10万;男、女性发病率分别为586.61/10万、452.57/10万;0岁、1岁儿童发病率分别为404.83/10万、643.12/10万。圆形分布法显示,发病高峰期为7月17日-次年4月1日。结论宁波市<2岁儿童肠套叠的基础发病率较高;建议加强儿童肠套叠监测,为轮状病毒疫苗上市后安全性评价提供依据。

Objective To determine epidemiological characteristics of intussusception among <2-year-old children in Ningbo city. Methods We collected intussusception cases aged <2 years reported to the Ningbo Population Health Information Platform during 2016-2018 for a descriptive epidemiological analysis. Results A total of 1 955 intussusception cases aged <2 years were reported during 2016-2018 in Ningbo, yielding an average annual incidence of 523.62 cases per 100 000 population. Incidences per 100 000 for the 2016, 2017, and 2018 years were 587.22, 566.47, and 416.91;for males and females, incidences were 586.61 and 452.57;and for 0-and 1-year-olds, incidences were 404.83 and 643.12. Circular distribution analysis showed that the peak incidence period ranged from July 17 to the following April 1. Conclusion The background incidence of intussusception was high among <2-year-old children in Ningbo. We suggest strengthening intussusception monitoring in children, which will provide evidence for evaluating post-marketing safety of rotavirus vaccines.
