宁波市鄞州区儿童疑似预防接种异常反应补偿保险的家长参保意愿和影响因素

Parental willingness to purchase compensation insurance for children with adverse events following immunization and factors influencing willingness in Yinzhou district of Ningbo city

目的探讨宁波市鄞州区家长对于儿童疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)补偿保险的参保意愿和影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取鄞州区6个乡镇/街道接种门诊0-1岁儿童的家长进行儿童AEFI补偿保险的参保意愿问卷调查,分析家长参保意愿率和影响因素。结果50.22%(461/918)的家长愿意参加儿童AEFI补偿保险。Logistic回归分析显示,儿童有医疗保险(OR=1.48,95%CI:1.10-2.00)、接种认同度高于平均分(OR=3.04,95%CI:2.04-4.53)的家长参保意愿率高。结论鄞州区儿童家长对儿童AEFI补偿保险的参保意愿较低;需加强儿童AEFI保险政策和预防接种知识宣传,以提高家长参保意愿。

Objective To explore parental willingness to purchase vaccine injury compensation insurance for children with adverse events following immunization and factors influencing willingness in Yinzhou district of Ningbo city. Methods We used a stratified random sampling method to select parents of 0-1-year-old children in 6 townships of Yinzhou for a survey of parental willingness to purchase AEFI compensation insurance for children. We analyzed willingness rate and factors influencing willingness. Results Among parents, 50.22%(461/918) were willing to purchase AEFI compensation insurance for children. Logistic regression analysis showed that willingness to purchase the compensation insurance was higher among parents whose children had medical insurance(OR=1.48, 95%CI: 1.10-2.00) and among parents who had a high score for vaccination acceptance(OR=3.04, 95%CI: 2.04-4.53). Conclusion Willingness to purchase AEFI compensation insurance for children was low among parents in Yinzhou. We need to strengthen health education on AEFI insurance policy and vaccination knowledge to improve parental willingness to purchase the insurance.
