新时代党的群众路线实现方式探析

群众路线是马克思主义中国化的一大创造。改革开放以来,群众主体有了阶层分化,各阶层主观上都拥护党的领导,又各自有不同的处境与认知。新时代必须深入贯彻党的群众路线,这就要整治官僚主义和形式主义,抵制自由主义,克服民粹主义。各级党政机关和领导干部要学会通过网络化的机制,践行线上与线下相结合,自上而下与自下而上相结合,创造性地贯彻党的群众路线,尊重民意、汇集民智、凝聚民力、改善民生、提升民德,实现善治。

The mass line is a major creation of the Sinicization of Marxism.Since the reform and opening up,the main body of the masses has divided into levels.All levels have subjectively supported the Party’s leadership,and they have different situations and cognitions.The new era must thoroughly implement the Party’s mass line,which requires rectifying bureaucracy and formalism,resisting liberalism,and overcoming populism.Party and government agencies and leading cadres at all levels must learn to use the network mechanism to combine online and offline,top-down and bottom-up,creatively implement the Party’s mass line,respect public opinion,and pool people’s wisdom,unite people’s strength,improve people’s livelihood,enhance people’s morals,and realize good governance.
