医护一体化模式对乳腺癌术后患者功能锻炼的依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of Physician-Nurse Collaboration on functional compliance and quality of life in postoperative patients with breast cancer

目的分析医护一体化模式对乳腺癌手术患者锻炼依从性及生活质量的影响。方法在研究的过程中采取方便取样方法,选取2018年1月—12月,来本院进行手术的180例乳腺癌患者。根据随机数字表法,将其分成观察组和对照组,每组均包含90例患者。分析对比确定乳腺癌患者接受医护一体化模式后,其功能训练的依从性及生活水平所产生的变化。对照组使用常规护理模式,观察组在常规护理的基础上采取医护一体化模式,护理工作需进行3个月。护理工作结束后,分析患者功能训练的依从性情况,同时,运用生活质量评估表,对干预措施实施前后患者的生活品质展开评定。结果在持续了3个月的护理之后,采取医护一体化模式的观察组患者依从率为99.67%,对照组为68.88%,二者间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比护理措施实施前两组患者的生活质量、疲倦、睡眠评分(P>0.05),差异不具有统计学意义。干预3个月后,观察组生活质量评分5个维度均比对照组高,疲倦和睡眠评分低于对照组,并且均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论通过实验发现,医护一体化模式,在改善手术结束后,乳腺癌患者功能训练的依从性情况时,能够获得较为理想的效果,同时还能提升患者的生活品质。

Objective To analyze the effects of the Physician-Nurse Collaboration on functional exercise compliance and quality of life in patients after breast cancer surgery.Methods In the course of the study,a convenient sampling method was adopted,and 180 breast cancer patients who came to our hospital for surgery from January to December 2018 were selected.According to the principle of random number table,they were divided into study group and routine group,each group containing 90 patients.Analyze and contrast to determine the changes in the compliance and living standards of functional training after breast cancer patients receive the integrated mode of care.The routine group used the routine care model,and the observation group took the medical integration model on the basis of general care,and the nursing work took 3 months.After the end of the nursing work,the patient’s functional training compliance was analyzed.At the same time,the quality of life assessment was used to assess the quality of life of the patients before and after the intervention.Results After three months of nursing,the compliance rate of the observation group was 99.67%in the observation group and 68.88%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the first two groups of patients,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.However,after the implementation of nursing measures,the five dimensions of the quality of life assessment of the observation group were higher than the control group,tiredness and sleep scores were lower than in the control group and met the statistical characteristics(P<0.05).Concusion Through experiments,it is found that the integrated mode of medical care can achieve better results when improving the compliance of functional training of breast cancer patients after the end of surgery,and at the same time improve the quality of life of patients.
