摘要
随着信息时代科学技术水平的飞速发展,视频监控在银行、医院、宾馆等公共场所发挥了重要的作用,为公安侦查、司法取证等应用提供了重要途径。但受光照、环境等因素影响,某些场合下获得的图像质量并不理想。因此,在现有条件下如何实现视频图像增强一直是人们研究的热点。传统的图像增强算法只是针对单帧图像进行处理,而图像本身包含的信息量较少,处理效果并不理想,对此提出一种改进的基于凸集投影的视频图像超分辨率重建算法,将多帧降质的低分辨率YUV格式视频图像重建为一帧具有较高分辨率的图像。与传统的灰度变换和直方图均衡化算法相比,本文提出的视频图像增强效果明显提高。
With the rapid development of science and technology in the information age,video surveillance plays an important role in banks,hospitals,hotels and other public places,providing an important way for the application of public security investigation and judicial evidence collection.However,due to the influence of illumination and environment,the image quality is not ideal in some cases.Therefore,how to achieve video image enhancement under the existing conditions has been a hot research topic.Traditional image enhancement algorithms only deal with a single frame image,but the image itself contains less information and the processing effect is not ideal.In this paper,an improved super-resolution reconstruction algorithm based on POCS is proposed,which reconstructs multiple degraded YUV video images with low resolution into one frame with high resolution.Compared with the traditional gray transformation and histogram equalization algorithm,the effect of video image enhancement proposed in this paper is obviously improved.
