高校优秀外语教师团队建设的路径分析——基于教师专业学习共同体(PLC)建设理论框架

On Ways to Build Excellent Teams of Foreign Language Teachers in Colleges and Universities:On the Basis of the Theoretical Framework of Professional Learning Community(PLC)

优秀外语教师团队是外语金课建设的根本和关键,而团队建设的路径研究又是外语教学研究的重点所在。由于教师专业共同体建设有助于突破教师发展的瓶颈,故其建设路径的研究应该进一步深入与细化。基于文秋芳教授关于教师专业学习共同体建设新理论框架中的四要素模型,从成员、目标、中介、机制四个方面进一步阐发优秀外语教师团队的建设路径,以期为相关研究和实践提供一些参考或启示。

Excellent teams of foreign language teachers are the foundation and key to the construction of gold courses of a foreign language,and it is even more important to do the research on the specific building ways.Because the construction of a Professional Learning Community(PLC)for teachers is helpful to break through the bottleneck stage of teacher development,the research on specific building ways should be further refined.Based on Professor Wen Qiufang’s four-element model of“A New Theoretical Framework for the Construction of Teachers’Professional Learning Community”,this research puts forward some ways to build teams of excellent foreign language teachers from four aspects of members,objectives,intermediary and mechanism,hoping to provide some reference or enlightenment for relevant research and practice.
