摘要
以布迪厄文化资本为理论基础,结合中学和小学的“教师专业标准”梳理了教师素质要求,编制问卷对贵州少数民族地区农村中小学教师进行调查。在此基础上,总结贵州省农村中小学教师素质的“具体化资本”“客观化资本”及“体制化资本”存在的问题,并提出农村中小学教师素质的提升策略。
Based on Bourdieu’s cultural capital theory,combined with the“professional standards of teachers”of primary and secondary schools,this paper combs the requirements for the quality of teachers,and compiles a questionnaire to investigate the teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in rural areas of ethnic minorities in Guizhou province.On this basis,problems in the“concrete capital”,“objective capital”and“institutional capital”of the quality of rural teachers of primary and secondary schools in Guizhou province are summarized,and strategies are put forward to improve the quality of rural teachers of primary and secondary schools.
