多泥沙明渠流量智能化精确计量系统设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 多泥沙引黄明渠流量的智能化精确计量一直是困扰业界的难题,其主要原因一是流速测量存在误差,二是渠道冲淤变化大且快,过流面积测量不准。为了保证明渠流量智能化精确计量,针对多泥沙明渠设计了一套流量智能化精确计量方案。该方案采用现代化测量设备及自动控制装置,基于超声波技术测出流速,自动测出淤积厚度,并形成多点数据库,对所采集的数据进行处理,形成数据库后传入PC端进行数据可视化处理。比测数据分析表明:该精确计量系统提升了流量计量的准确性、稳定性、可靠性,满足明渠流量智能化精确计量要求,同时为实现远距离、无人值守、智能化、通用化明渠流量监测设备的应用提供了技术储备。 The intelligent accurate measurement of the discharge for sediment⁃laden open channel has been one of the problems in the hydrau⁃lic field.One of the main reasons is that there are errors in the velocity measurement,the other is the change of channel erosion and deposi⁃tion is very large and fast.In order to ensure the intelligent accurate measurement of discharge for open channel,an intelligent accurate meas⁃urement system was designed for the sediment⁃laden open channel.The system automatically measured the thickness of deposition and then formed multi⁃point database with adopting modern measuring equipment and automatic control device,which based on ultrasonic technology to measure the velocity of flow.Finally,we processed the database and transferred it to PC for data visualization.The practical conclusion shows that this system improves the accuracy,stability and reliability of discharge measurement and satisfies the requirements of intelligent and ac⁃curate measurement of water flow in open channel.Meanwhile,it provides technical reserve for achieving the application of long⁃distance,unattended,intelligent and general utilization of open channel flow detection equipment.
