碳平衡导向下北部湾城市群碳汇用地布局优化研究 被引量:11

摘要 为构建基于低碳导向的北部湾城市群国土空间组织体系,优化用地布局并重塑国土空间开发格局,利用MODIS遥感卫星获取并解译北部湾城市群国土空间碳汇用地数据,对碳汇用地面积、景观格局、碳汇容量变化进行分析,最终基于“碳平衡”理念,探讨北部湾城市群国土空间碳汇用地布局优化的普适路径。结果表明:①碳汇用地失衡是国土空间碳循环失衡的重要原因,主要表现在碳汇用地面积减少、景观破坏化、固碳能力下降等方面;②以碳平衡为总体目标,可以增加国土空间生态系统的碳循环能力,减少人类活动的干扰与破坏,实现“减排,增质”的空间优化;③打造点、线、面有机结合的多元素、多层次、网络化的复合型用地优化格局,需要落实具体的碳汇用地调整,维护生态系统碳平衡。 Carbon balance is one of the important contents of the construction of ecological civilization in the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration,and it is also the core way to achieve sustainable development.This study used MODIS remote sensing satellite production to obtain the data of the four years time nodes of the carbon sink land in the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration,and analyzed the changes in carbon sink land area,landscape pattern,and carbon sink capacity.Under the guidance of“carbon balance”,we discussed the optimization of the carbon sink land use pattern of the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration.The results show that the imbalance of land used for carbon sinks is an important cause of the imbalance of the carbon cycle in the land space,which is mainly manifested in the reduction of the area of carbon sink land,the destruction of landscapes,and the reduction of carbon sequestration capacity.Taking the carbon balance as the overall goal can increase the carbon cycle capacity of the national space ecosystem,we should reduce the interference and destruction of human activities,and realize the spatial optimization of“emission reduction and quality enhancement”.To create a multi-element,multi-level,and networked compound land optimization pattern that combines points,lines,and planes organically,it is necessary to implement specific carbon sink land adjustments and maintain the ecosystem carbon balance.
