摘要
大学生社团活动作为第二课堂的主体力量,对学生专业情怀的培育、专业知识的丰富、专业能力的提升具有重要价值。当前,学前教育专业大学生社团活动存在着缺乏专业特色、管理机制不健全、缺少专业教师支持、学生参与积极性不高、社团运行和发展的资源匮乏等问题。针对上述问题,提出四个方面建议:开展凸显专业特色的社团活动;支持专业人员参与社团活动;健全社团的组织管理及运行机制;给予充足的条件保障。
As the main form of the second classes,club activities play a key role in cultivating students’professional affection,enriching their professional knowledge and improving their professional ability.However,the club activities they are taking now has the disadvantages like lacking professional characters,not well-organized,insufficient support of the professional teachers,students’lack of involvement,less resources in running and developing the clubs.To solve these problems,some suggestions are given in this article such as carrying out activities with professional characters,supporting the professionals to participate these activities,improving the mechanism of management and running,and providing sufficient supports.
