摘要
高素质应用型学前教育人才的培养过程中,教育实习是从学生角色过渡到职业角色的必经之路。A校学前教育专业本科生在教育实习过程中存在实习时间不恰当、教师指导流于形式、学生理论联系实际能力较差等问题。探究问题产生的原因,并提出相应的解决对策,以期对高校学前教育专业实习改革提供参考和借鉴。
In the process of cultivating applied preschool education talents with high-quality,educational practice is the only way to transition from student role to professional role.According to the survey,there are many problems in the process of teaching practice for the undergraduate students of preschool education major in school A,which are mainly manifested in the improper practice time,the mere formality of teacher guidance,and the poor ability of students to integrate theory with practice.Based on this,this paper explores the causes of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,hoping to provide reference for the reform of preschool education practice in colleges and universities.
