Logistic回归方程模型下乳腺癌的行为护理干预效果评估

Effects evaluation of behavioral nursing intervention for breast cancer under Logistic regression equation model

目的探讨与评估Logistic回归方程模型下乳腺癌的行为护理干预效果。方法选择2017年2月至2019年9月在该院行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者124例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各62例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于Logistic回归方程模型下乳腺癌的行为护理干预,2组术后护理观察时间为3个月。对2组围术期指标、并发症、自我护理能力、生命质量评分等进行比较。结果2组手术时间、术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的术后总引流量、术后引流时间与术后住院时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后3个月并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1、2、3个月的自我护理能力评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后3个月的生命质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Logistic回归方程模型下乳腺癌行为护理干预的应用能减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者康复,改善患者的自我护理能力,提高生命质量。

Objective To explore and evaluate the effect of behavioral nursing intervention for breast cancer under Logistic regression equation model.Methods Totally 124 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from February 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given behavioral nursing intervention based on Logistic regression equation model.The observation time of postoperative nursing of the two groups was 3 months.The perioperative indexes,complications,self-care ability and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time and blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative total drainage volume,drainage time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The self-care ability scores of the observation group at 1,2 and 3 months after operation were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 3 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of breast cancer behavioral nursing intervention under the Logistic regression equation model can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,promote patient recovery,improve the patient′s self-care ability,and improve the quality of life.
