订单寻仓与分批拣选联合调度问题研究 被引量:1

Research on joint scheduling problem of urder allocation and batch picking

摘要 传统订单履行方式在客户的集中购物场景下,订单拆分情况频发,仓库拣选作业繁重。为了提高订单履行整体效率,将订单寻仓与分批拣选问题联合调度,建立以最小化订单履行成本和仓库拣选路径长度为目标的多目标数学模型,并设计了三阶段启发式算法。与传统算法和遗传算法对比,提出的算法能能够有效提升拣选效率,并在一定情况下降低订单履行成本。
