针灸合康复训练对脑梗死恢复期偏瘫肌力恢复的影响分析

Clinical effects of acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on muscle strength in patients with hemiplegia during cerebral infarction recovery period

目的:探究针灸合康复训练对脑梗死恢复期偏瘫肌力恢复的影响。方法:将2018年2月-2019年5月72例脑梗死恢复期偏瘫患者以简单随机法分组,对照组康复训练干预,实验组针灸合康复训练干预,分析两组脑梗死恢复期偏瘫患者干预的结果。结果:实验组脑梗死恢复期偏瘫患者的总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;两组治疗后的日常生活活动能力(Activity of Daily Living,ADL)评分均高于治疗前,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、Burke评分低于治疗前,P<0.05;实验组治疗后的ADL评分高于对照组,其NIHSS评分、Burke评分低于对照组,P<0.05;实验组生命活力、社会职能、躯体健康、情绪角色、生理功能等生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组干预后膝关节、髋关节后伸肌张力、前屈肌张力低于对照组,其后伸肌力、前屈肌力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死恢复期偏瘫患者接受针灸合康复训练干预,效果好,且可更好改善偏瘫症状,促进其日常生活能力、生活质量的提高。

Objective:To explore the effects of acupuncture with rehabilitation training on muscle strength in patients with hemiplegia during cerebral infarction recovery period.Methods:72 cases from February 2018 to May 2019 were divided into two groups by a simple randomization method.The control group was treated by rehabilitation training,and the experimental group was treated by acupuncture with rehabilitation training.Results:The total efficiency in the experimental group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.The ADL scores in the groups after treatment was higher than before treatment,and NIHSS scores and Burke scores were lower than before treatment,P<0.05.The ADL scores in the experimental group after treatment was higher than the control group,and NIHSS scores and Burke scores were lower than the control group,P<0.05.The life quality scores,such as vitality,social function,physical health,emotional role,and physiological function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Posterior extensor tension,former flexor tension of knee joint and hip joint in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.Posterior extensor force and anterior flexor force in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture with rehabilitation training on hemiplegia during cerebral infarction recovery period shows good effects,can relieve hemiplegic symptoms of the patients,and improve life ability and life quality.
