中医推拿结合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效评价

Clinical effects of massage plus acupuncture on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的:分析中医推拿结合针刺治疗对神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:对2018年1月-2019年10月我院康复医学科门诊及病房收治的神经根型颈椎病患者共48例进行研究,经均等双盲划分法将其中24例纳入对照组(仅予以针刺治疗),剩余24例纳入观察组(于对照组前提下加以推拿),观察两组的治疗有效率和治疗前后颈椎功能障碍指数(Neck Disability Index,NDI)、田中靖久20分量表、疼痛视觉模拟评分表(Visual Analogue Score,VAS)及健康状况调查简表(The Mos Item Short From 36 Health Survey,SF-36)评分。结果:观察组的治疗有效率比对照组更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NDI、田中靖久20分量表、VAS及SF-36评分差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组NDI及VAS评分比对照组更低,田中靖久20分量表及SF-36评分比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:中医推拿结合针刺治疗对神经根型颈椎病疗效明显,能改善临床症状及颈椎功能,减轻其疼痛程度,提升其生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effects of massage plus acupuncture on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:48 patients with cervical spondylosis radiculopathy who admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were studied,and 24 cases were included in the control group by the equal double-blind division method(took acupuncture),and the others were included in the observation group(took massage more).Results:The efficiency in observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NDI,Tanaka 20-point scale,VAS and SF-36 scores between the groups(P>0.05).After treatment,NDI and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,Tanaka 20-point scale and SF 36 score in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage plus acupuncture showed obvious curative effects on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,could improve the clinical symptoms and cervical function of the patients,reduce the pain degree,and improve the quality of life,and is worthy of popularization and application.
