六味地黄汤联合四物汤治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

Observation on treating rheumatoid arthritis with the Liuwei Dihuang decoction plus the Siwu decoction

目的:探究六味地黄汤联合四物汤治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法:随机选取自2018年3月-2019年3月我院收治的92例类风湿关节炎患者,平均分成两组,每组46例。对照组:口服甲氨蝶呤片进行治疗;试验组:除使用甲氨蝶呤片外,给予六味地黄汤和四物汤联合治疗。对比两组治疗前后的血沉(Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate,ESR)、C反应蛋白(C Reactive Protein,CRP)、类风湿因子(Rheumatoid Factors,RF)等体内相关因子的水平变化,WOMAC指数评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者ESR、CRP、RF的水平及WOMAC指数均无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后,试验组患者的ESR、CRP、RF的水平均低于对照组,且试验组WOMAC指数中的关节疼痛、关节僵硬、关节功能评分均较对照组优,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;此外,试验组的治疗总有效率明显较对照组高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;治疗前,两组患者主症、次症症状积分差异不显著,P>0.05;治疗后,试验组患者主症、次症症状积分均显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用六味地黄汤联合四物汤对类风湿关节炎进行治疗,能够有效降低ESR、CRP、RF水平,控制病情,改善症状,提高疗效,有临床意义,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of the Liuwei Dihuang decoction(六味地黄汤)plus the Siwu decoction(四物汤)on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:92 patients were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.The control group was given oral methotrexate tablets,and the experimental group was treated with the Liuwei Sihuang decoction plus Siwu decoction more.Results:After treatment,the levels of ESR,CRP and RF in the experimental group were lower,and the scores of the WOMAC index(joint pain,joint stiffness and joint function)were better than the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05,with a statistically significant difference.After treatment,the scores of main syndrome and secondary syndrome in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Liuwei Dihuang decoction plus the Siwu decoction on rheumatoid arthritis can effectively reduce the level of ESR,CRP and RF,control the disease,improve symptoms and effects,which is worthy of promotion.
