逍遥丸联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的应用及疗效评价

Clinical effects of Xiaoyao Wan plus mifepristone on uterine fibroids

目的:探讨在治疗子宫肌瘤患者时采用逍遥丸联合米非司酮进行治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年5月入院期间收治的子宫肌瘤患者76例纳入研究,根据随机分组原则将其分为两组,每组38例,单一采用西药米非司酮进行治疗的划分为参照组,实施逍遥丸联合米非司酮治疗的划分为实验组。对比两组患者经不同方式治疗后患者子宫肌瘤大小、血红蛋白、体内激素变化,患者不良症状改善效果及临床疗效总有效率。结果:实验组患者治疗后病灶改善效果明显,血红蛋白有所提升,体内激素基本恢复正常水平,实验组患者不良症状好转率及临床总有效率高于参照组,两组间有差异(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥丸联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤临床效果显著,有效的改善了患者体征,消除不良症状。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyao Wan(逍遥丸)plus mifepristone on uterine fibroids.Methods:76 cases were randomly divided into two groups,38 cases in each group.The control group took mifepristone.The experimental group received Xiaoyao Wan more.Results:After treatment,uterine fibroids were significantly smaller in the experimental group,hemoglobin levels of the patients in the experimental group were increased,and hormones in the body of the patients in the experimental group were basically restored to normal levels.The improvement of adverse symptoms and the total efficiency in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyao Wan plus mifepristone shows a significantly clinical effect on uterine fibroids,which effectively improves the patient’s physical signs and eliminates adverse symptoms.
