从“脾阳虚滞”论治复发性口疮及验案举隅

Treating recurrent aphthous ulcers based on Piyang Xuzhi

复发性口疮是以口腔黏膜散在或多发性溃疡为主要表现的一种临床常见口腔黏膜病变,亦称复发性口腔溃疡,本病中医病因病机复杂,与多脏腑气血阴阳失和均有关系,而笔者在临床治疗中根据患者临床表现,四诊合参,发现临床大多数患者属脾阳虚滞,虚火上浮,采用自拟方温脾口疮方治疗,方简效宏,值得临床借鉴。

Recurrent aphthous ulcer is a common oral mucosal lesion that is mainly manifested by scattered or multiple ulcers in the oral mucosa,also known as recurrent oral ulcer.This disease has a complex etiology and pathogenesis in TCM,and it is not compatible with multiple internal organs,Qixue(气血),Yinyang(阴阳)both are related,according to the clinical manifestations of the patients in the clinical treatment,the author according to the symptom found that most of the patients in the clinic showed Piyang(脾阳)stagnation and Xuhuo(虚火)rising.
