美宝湿润烧伤膏辅助中药通脉汤治疗糖尿病足溃疡效果评价

Evaluation on efficacy of the Meibao humectation burn ointment with the Tongmai decoction on diabetic foot ulcer

目的:分析美宝湿润烧伤膏辅助中药通脉汤对糖尿病足溃疡治疗的临床效果。方法:选取淮安市楚州中医院烧烫伤科2014年5月-2019年5月收治的30例糖尿病足溃疡患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为F组和E组,F组采取美宝湿润烧伤膏辅助中药通脉汤治疗,E组采用雷夫奴尔联合胰岛素外敷换药治疗,对比两组患者的治愈率、平均愈合时间,评估两组中医症状积分,以及治疗前后糖尿病足溃疡面积变化情况。结果:F组采取美宝湿润烧伤膏辅助中药通脉汤治疗,创面愈合时间为(24.85±2.31)d,显著低于E组的(36.47±2.69)d(P<0.05)。F组治疗有效率显著高于E组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前中医症状积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后F组的中医症状积分显著低于E组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前糖尿病足溃疡面积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗结束后,F组为(1.36±1.28)cm2,显著低于E组的(1.36±1.28)cm2(P<0.05)。结论运用美宝湿润烧伤膏辅助中药通脉汤治疗对糖尿病足溃疡患者治疗效果更佳,能够显著促进患者康复,具有较好的临床推广效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the Meibao humectation burn ointment(美宝湿润烧伤膏)with the Tongmai decoctionon(中药通脉汤)on diabetic foot ulcer.Methods:30 patients were randomly divided into Group F and Group E by digital table methods.Group F was treated with the Meibao humectation burn ointment with the Tongmai decoction.Group E was treated with Rivanol with insulin external dressing change.Results:The wound healing time in Group F was(24.85±2.31)d,which was significantly lower than that in Group E(36.47±2.69)d(P<0.05).The effective rate in Group F was significantly higher than that in Group E(P<0.05).Group F got better scores and suffered from less diabetic foot ulcer area than Group E(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the Meibao humectation burn ointment with the Tongmai decoction is effective on diabetic foot ulcer,and it can significantly promote patients’health and should be clinical applicated.
