中药离子导入联合牵引改善颈肩腰腿痛疾病症状和功能康复的影响

Efficacy of TCM medicine iontophoresis plus traction on symptoms and functional rehabilitation of patients with neck shoulder waist and leg pain

目的:探讨中药离子导入联合牵引改善颈肩腰腿痛疾病症状和功能康复的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月我院收治的颈肩腰腿痛疾病患者258例为研究对象,编号并根据随机数表分为研究组(129例)和对照组(129例)。对照组常规采用针灸联合牵引干预,研究组在对照组干预的基础上采用中药离子导入治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月。评价比较两组疗效、治疗前后疼痛视觉疼痛模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、肿胀和功能受限评分、腰椎功能日本骨科协会(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)评分和巴塞尔指数(Barthel)评分。评价比较两组患者满意度以及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后VAS评分、肿胀和功能受限评分降低而JOA评分和Barthel评分则升高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组治疗后VAS评分、肿胀和功能受限评分降低而JOA评分和Barthel评分则升高(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药离子导入联合牵引改善颈肩腰腿痛疾病可有效缓解患者疼痛症状,改善患者腰椎功能和生活质量并提高患者满意度,是颈肩腰腿痛疾病安全有效的治疗方案。

Objective:To explore the effect of TCM medicine iontophoresis plus traction on symptoms and functional rehabilitation of patients with neck,shoulder,lumbago and leg pain.Methods:According to the random number table,258 patients were divided into the study group and control group,129 cases in each.The control group was treated by acupuncture plus traction,and the study group was treated by TCM medicine iontophoresis more.Results:The effective rate in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,VAS score,swelling and limited function scores in both groups were decreased,and JOA score and Barthel score were increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,after treatment VAS score,swelling and limited function scores in the study group was decreased,and JOA score and Barthel score was increased(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions rate between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine iontophoresis plus traction on neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain can effectively relieve pain symptoms,lumbar function and quality of life and satisfaction.
