观察分析对老年支气管哮喘患者开展中医特色护理干预的临床应用效果

Efficacy of TCM characteristic nursing on elderly bronchial asthma

目的:分析中医特色护理干预应用于老年支气管哮喘患者中的临床效果。方法:选取我科收治的60例老年支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,对照组患者进行常规护理,研究组患者护理方法为中医特色护理干预。比较分析研究组与对照组患者的护理满意度、治疗有效率及患者肺功能指标等临床指标。结果:护理后,研究组患者的治疗有效率及护理满意度显著高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理后的1秒用力呼气容积、呼气峰流速显著高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理后研究组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:中医特色护理干预应用于老年支气管哮喘患者中的临床效果理想,可显著提高患者的护理满意度,帮助患者改善肺功能及实验室炎症因子指标,尽快恢复健康,具有临床推广的意义。

Objective:To analyse the effects of TCM characteristic nursing on elderly bronchial asthma.Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given TCM characteristic nursing.Results:After nursing,the effective rate and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume and peak expiratory flow rate in the study group were significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The IL-6 and TNF-αin the study group were lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM characteristic nursing on elderly bronchial asthma shows an ideal effect,can significantly improve nursing satisfaction,lung function and inflammatory factor indicators,and recover health as soon as possible.
