益艾沐足包对无痛人工流产术后不适症状的疗效观察

Efficacy of the Yiai foot-bath package on postoperative discomfort after painless artificial abortion

目的:观察益艾沐足包对无痛人工流产术后不适症状的疗效。方法:将600例无痛人工流产受术者随机分为益艾沐足包组、沐足组和对照组,益艾沐足包组及沐足组于无痛人工流产术后给予相应的沐足包进行足浴治疗,对照组术后不发放沐足包。结果:无痛人工流产术后30 min三组的腹痛程度无明显差异(P>0.05),术后1周及1个月时益艾沐足包组的腹痛程度均较沐足组及对照组轻(P<0.05)。术后30 min三组的舒适度无明显差异(P>0.05),术后1周时益艾沐足包组的舒适度较沐足组及对照组高(P<0.05),术后1个月时益艾沐足包组及沐足组的舒适度均较对照组高(P<0.05)。益艾沐足包组术后阴道流血天数较对照组明显减少(P<0.05),评分较沐足组及对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。在术后即时三组的子宫血流动力指标无明显差异(P>0.05),术后1周益艾沐足包组和沐足组的阻力指数(Resistance Index,RI)、搏动指数(Pulsatility Index,PI)均较术后即时及术后1个月相比明显下降,收缩期血流峰值速度(Peak Systolic Velocity,PSV)明显上升(P<0.05),且3个指标均较对照组有明显差异(P<0.05),术后1个月益艾沐足包组的PI、RI均较术后即时相比明显下降,PSV明显上升(P<0.05),且PI、PSV与沐足组及对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。益艾沐足包组及沐足组的月经复潮平均天数均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。益艾沐足包组及沐足组与对照组相比,月经复潮时间在自身月经周期前后7天内的人数明显增多,而月经复潮时间超过自身月经周期7天以上的人数明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:益艾沐足包能减轻受术者术后的腹痛程度,提高受术者舒适度,减少人工流产术后阴道流血时间及出血量,能较长时间改善子宫血流动力,减少月经复潮时间,让其更接近患者自身的月经周期。

Objective:To investigate clinical effects of the Yiai foot-bath package(益艾浴足包)on postoperative discomfort after painless artificial abortion.Methods:600 cases were divided into the Yiai foot-bath group,the foot-bath group and the control group randomly.The Yiai foot-bath group and the foot-bath group were given the Yiai foot-bath package and routine foot-bath respectively.The control group wasn’t given any package.Results:30 minutes after operation,there was no significant difference in abdominal pain degree among 3 groups(P>0.05).After one week and one month,the abdominal pain degree in the Yiai foot-bath group was lighter than the other groups(P<0.05).30 minutes after operation,there was no significant difference in the comfort degree among 3 groups(P>0.05),but after one week,the comfort degree in the Yiai foot-bath group was higher than the other groups(P<0.05),and after one month,the comfort degree in the Yiai foot-bath group and the foot-bath group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The Yiai foot-bath group received a better effect than the control group in reducing the duration of bleeding after operation(P<0.05),and it also received lower scores than that in the other groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in immediate postoperative uterine hemodynamic indexes among 3 groups(P>0.05).After one week the PI,RI in the Yiai foot-bath group and the foot-bath group were lower than after the operation and after one month,and the PSV was higher(P<0.05),and the above 3 indicators were significant difference from those in the control group(P<0.05).After one month the PI,RI in the Yiai foot-bath group were obviously decreased compared with after the operation,and the PSV was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the PI,PSV were significant difference from those in the other groups(P<0.05).The mean time of menstrual recovery in the Yiai foot-bath group and foot-bath group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,menstrual recovery time in 7 days before and after menstrual cycle in the other groups was significantly better.Conclusion:The Yiai foot-bath package can reduce abdominal pain degree after operation,improve the comfort degree,reduce the duration and the amount of bleeding,improve uterine blood flow for a long time,reduce menstrual recovery time and make it close to menstrual cycle.
