摘要 铁路物流基地建设是铁路向现代物流转型升级的重要措施,自2015年起已逐步建设成网,成为铁路拓展集装箱、冷链、商品车等白货物流市场的重要载体。在分析铁路物流基地经营绩效影响因素的基础上,探讨绩效评价目标、指标设计思路及体系构建。明确铁路物流基地经营绩效指标计算方法,并从经济绩效、安全绩效、生态绩效及社会效益4个维度构建面向企业经营管理需求的铁路物流基地经营绩效评价指标体系,为铁路物流基地运营评价管理提供决策依据。 The construction of the railway logistics center is an important measure to transform and upgrade the railway to modern logistics. Since 2015, it has been gradually built into a network, which has become an important carrier for the railway to expand the logistics market of white goods such as container, cold chain, and commodity car. Based on analyzing the factors influencing the operation performance of railway logistics center, this paper discusses the performance evaluation objectives, index design ideas and system construction, defines the calculation method of railway logistics center operation performance index, and constructs the operation performance evaluation index system of railway logistics center facing enterprise operation and management demand from four dimensions of economic performance, safety performance, ecological performance and social benefit, which provide decision-making basis for operation evaluation management of railway logistics center.
