鸿图嶂隧道后注浆堵水与防排水施工技术应用

Construction Technology and Application of Post Grouting Water Blocking and Drainage in Hongtuzhang Tunnel

广东大丰华高速公路鸿图嶂隧道是特长公路隧道。受地下水丰富和断层切割的影响,隧道多段富水,且地质条件极其复杂,地下水补给丰富。结合隧道富水段注浆堵水及防排水综合施工,介绍了径向后注浆加固的方法及工艺,配合多重防排水措施综合治理,尤其对防排水体系薄弱的地方进行了重点处治,为类似富水段落的隧道施工提供参考。

Hongtuzhang Tunnel of Guangdong Dafenghua Expressway is an extra-long highway tunnel.As being affected by abundant groundwater and fault cutting,multiple sections of the tunnel are rich in water,the geological conditions are extremely complicated and groundwater recharge is abundant.Being combined with the comprehensive construction of post-grouting and water-proof and drainage of the tunnel with water-rich section,the method and technology of radial post-grouting reinforcement have been introduced,being combined with the comprehensive treatment of multiple water-proof and drainage measures,especially for the places with weak water-proof and drainage systems,which could provide technical reference for tunnel construction in similar rich water section.
