Construction of self-reporting index system for patients with Miles postoperative discomfort

目的:构建经腹会阴联合根治(Miles)术后患者不适反应自我报告量表,为临床医护人员评价Miles术后患者的生理、心理方面的不适反应提供评估工具。方法:通过阅读文献及相关指南、半结构式访谈、研究小组讨论形成Miles术后患者不适反应自我报告量表维度和条目池,经过2轮Delphi专家函询筛选条目形成初始量表,用初始量表预调查进行项目分析、探索性因子分析和信效度检验,进一步筛查条目形成正式量表。结果:Miles术后患者不适反应自我报告量表包含2个维度,25个条目,累计方差贡献率64.783%,内容效度0.980,Cronbach's α系数0.853,重测信度0.960。结论:该量表有良好的信效度,可用于Miles术后患者不适反应自我评估。

Objective:To construct a self-reporting scale for patients with Miles postoperative discomfort and provide an assessment tool for clinical medical staff to evaluate the physical and psychological discomfort of patients after Miles postoperative.Methods:After reading the literature and related guides,semi-structured interviews,and research group discussions,the dimensions and entry pools of the self-report scale for patient discomfort after Miles surgery were formed.After 2 rounds of Delphi expert inquiry,the entries were screened to form the initial scale.The initial scale was used for pre-survey conduct project analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and reliability and validity tests,and further screen entries to form a formal scale.Results:The Miles postoperative patient discomfort self-reporting scale includes 2 dimensions and 25 items.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 64.783%,the content validity was 0.980,the cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.853,and the retest reliability was 0.960.Conclusion:The scale has good reliability and validity,and it can be used for self-assessment of patients'uncomfortable reactions after Miles operation.
