摘要 在本项目中,笔者本着实现摩托车脚踏和乘员扶手试验过程的自动化、精细化,解放生产力,确保试验安全可靠,提高检验工作效率,保证检验结果的准确性的原则,引入了现代设计方法,设计出一套智能化程度较高、安全性优良的机电液一体化的摩托车脚踏和乘员扶手强度检测专用试验台。 In this project,the author has introduced modern design based on the principle of realizing the automation and refinement of the test processes for motorcycle pedal and passenger handrail to liberate productivity,ensure the safety and reliability of the test,improve the inspection efficiency,and ensure the accuracy of the test results.It introduced modern design method and a set of special test benches(integrating of f mechanics-electronics-hydraulics)for the pedals and handrails wit high intelligentization rate and better performance.
