耐高温熔融金属侵蚀热喷涂涂层的研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对热镀高铝层工艺过程沉没辊、稳定辊在更高温度下抵抗金属熔融液侵蚀、耐带钢磨损的需求,采用大气等离子热喷涂技术,利用不同类型涂层不同性能特点,研发制备了新型复合梯度陶瓷(ZrO2-Y2O3/ZrO2-Al2O3)涂层,克服了常规单一耐高温熔融金属侵蚀的陶瓷涂层易剥落等问题。对比测试分析结果表明:新型复合梯度陶瓷涂层微观组织致密,显微硬度高,具有良好的抗冲击、抗热震、耐磨损、耐高温腐蚀等综合性能,可满足热镀高铝产线沉没辊、稳定辊工况要求。 In order to meet the requirements of sink roller and stabilizing roller to resist molten aluminum liquid erosion and strip wear at higher temperature,a new type of composite gradient ceramic coating(ZrO 2-Y 2O 3/ZrO 2-A12O 3)has been developed by using atmospheric plasma thermal spraying technology.It solves the peel off problem when conventional ceramic coating is used.The micro-structure and properties were tested and analyzed.From the investigation,it was found that the composite gradient ceramic coating possesses good combination of properties,such as compact micro-structure,high micro-hardness,good impact resistance,thermal shock resistance,wear resistance and corrosion resistance.The combination property could withstand the severe working conditions of the sunk roller and stabilizing roller of the hot plating high aluminum production line.
