摘要
采购物资铁运进厂自动接车,以武钢运输管理系统为核心,以东方钢铁平台为纽带,在实现路企跨平台协同与信息互通基础上,设计明确数据传输逻辑、接口电文结构、信息匹配规则、业务功能流程,建立供应商输入系统,率先在国内实现了铁路运单与企业订单数据的创新性匹配。投用以来,通过数据集成应用手段有效缩减了厂内人工信息匹配量,降低了操作错误率,提高了进厂接车作业效率,有利于局车停时占用费等成本的压降;同时,有力支撑了现场作业自动化、少人化,助力“3D”岗位削减。
Cored with WISC transportation management system,linked with Bsteel system,designed with clear data transportation logic,interface message structure,information matching rules,business functions and work flows,established with supplier input system,the system of automatically receiving train when purchasing materials into factory by railway transportation pioneered in realizing the innovative data matching between railway bill and enterprise order in domestic market on the basis of implementing cross-platform collaboration and information exchange between Railway Bureau and WISC.Since coming into service,it effectively decreases the amount of manual information matching in the factory,reduces the operation error rate,and improves the operation efficiency of receiving trains into the factory by means of data-based integration application,which is beneficial to some cost reduction like train parking charge.At the same time,it strongly supports the automation of on-site operations and the reduction of personnel,which also helps on“3D”job reduction policy.
