摘要
在国家安全生产检测检验工作中,测量不确定度对检测检验的试验结果有着重要影响。为了确保实验室测量准确度,根据标准GB/T 3536—2008对矿用空压机油闪点的测定(克利夫兰开口杯法)进行了测量不确定度评定研究,通过建立数学模型,对测定中测量温度和气压重复性、测试人员读取温度计示值、标准温度计、气压计、压力标准器、升温速率、扫划火焰频率这8个主要不确定度分量进行评定,得出矿用空压机油闪点温度测量不确定度的主要影响因素为温度测量重复性和扫划火焰频率引入的不确定度。在空压机油闪点实际检验过程中,对其质量的判定提供了很大的帮助。
In the national safety production inspection,the measurement uncertainty has an important influence on the test results.In order to ensure the accuracy of laboratory measurement,according to the standard GB/T 3536—2008,the measurement uncertainty of the flash point of coal mine air compressor oil(Cleveland open cup method)was evaluated.Through the establishment of a mathematical model,the repeatability of the measurement temperature and air pressure,the tester read the value of the thermometer,the standard thermometer,the barometer,the pressure standard,the heating rate and the sweep were studied.The results showed that the main influencing factors of the uncertainty of flash point temperature measurement of air compressor oil in coal mine are the repeatability of temperature measurement and the uncertainty introduced by sweeping flame frequency.
