大数据时代地方政府社会治理现代化路径探索——以广东省云浮市为例

On Approaches of Local Government Social Governance Modernization in Big Data Era——Taking Yunfu Guangdong as an Example

随着新兴信息技术的发展,人类进入大数据时代。分析大数据参与政府社会治理的内在逻辑,以广东省云浮市的政府社会治理现状为例,对云浮市政府部门运用大数据推进社会治理现代化建设进行研究,探索本土化的政府社会治理现代化实现路径。以数字化市场系统的建立和健全为重点,提出通过治理意识、平台建设、多元参与、人才培养等途径,稳步推进政府社会治理体系和治理能力的现代化,实现欠发达地区政府现代化治理模式的构建,进而提高政府的治理水平和整体实力。

With the development of emerging information technology,human beings have entered the big data era.This paper analyzes the internal logic of big data participating in the government’s social governance.Taking the current situation of the government’s social governance in Yunfu Guangdong as an example,this paper studies the application of big data by the government departments of Yunfu to promote the modernization of social governance,and explores the realization path of localized government social governance modernization.Focusing on the establishment and improvement of the digital market system,this paper proposes to steadily promote the modernization of the government’s social governance system and governance capacity through governance awareness,platform construction,diversified participation,personnel training,etc.,so as to realize the construction of modern governance mode of the government in underdeveloped areas,and to improve the governance level and overall strength of the government.
