“互联网+职业教育”对北京“双师型”教师队伍建设的升级拉动与改革启示 被引量:2

摘要 “互联网+职业教育”的快速发展,对于职业教育教师既带来了信息化教学能力的新挑战,也提供了“双师型”教师能力升级建设的新机遇。总结疫情期间北京职业教育教师队伍建设的有效举措,深入分析职教教师培训体系面临的危机和挑战,抓住“双师型”能力的根本要求,从健全培训工作体系和突出培训重点的角度,提出北京职教“双师型”教师队伍建设思路,并从标准引领、优化治理、建设资源三方面为全国职业教育“双师型”教师队伍建设提供改革启示。 The rapid development of“Internet plus vocational education”has not only brought new challenge of information teaching ability to vocational education teachers,but also provided new opportunities for upgrading the competency of“double qualified”teachers.This paper summarizes the effective measures for the construction of Beijing vocational education teachers during the epidemic period,deeply analyzes the crisis and challenges faced by the vocational education teacher training system,grasps the basic requirements of double qualification ability.From the perspective of improving the training system and highlighting the training focus,this paper puts forward the idea of“double qualified”teachers construction in Beijing vocational education,and provides reform enlightenment for the construction of“double qualified”teachers of national vocational education from three aspects of standard guidance,optimized governance and construction resources.
