现代学徒制的顺利实施受诸多因素影响,产业形态便是其中之一。以江苏省高职实施现代学徒制专业为研究对象,调研产业形态对现代学徒制实施的核心影响因子;建立因子分析模型进行数据分析;得出产业形态和现代学徒制实施之间的关系;设计由企业专家、行业专家、企业师傅、专业教师等多方主体共同参与的高职现代学徒制专业建设路径。

The successful implementation of modern apprenticeship is affected by many factors,one of which is the industrial form.This paper takes the implementation of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu as the research object,investigates the core influencing factors of industrial form on the implementation of modern apprenticeship,establishes factor analysis model for data analysis,obtains the relationship between the industrial form and the implementation of modern apprenticeship,and designs the construction path of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges,which is participated by enterprise experts,industry experts,enterprise masters and professional teachers.
