江苏省高职留学生来华适应问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Foreign Higher Vocational Students’Adaptation to China in Jiangsu

随着中国综合国力的不断提升及“一带一路”倡议的不断推进,来华留学深造的人数逐年增加。由于留学生来自不同国家,有着不同的生活习惯及文化背景,来华适应问题已经日渐凸显。通过对江苏省高职院校留学生生活、心理、学习3个方面情况的调查与问题分析,从教育部门、高职院校以及留学生自身3个层面提出应对策略,以帮助留学生尽快摆脱各种不适,教育并引导其健康成长、成才,同时为江苏省留学生教育管理工作提供参考借鉴。

With the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,and the initiative of“one belt and one road”,the number of students studying in China has increased year by year.Due to the fact that overseas students come from different countries and have different living habits and cultural backgrounds,the problem of adaptation to China has become increasingly prominent.Based on the investigation and analysis of the life,psychology and learning of the overseas students in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu,this paper puts forward the coping strategies from the education department,the higher vocational colleges and the international students themselves,so as to help them get rid of all kinds of discomfort as soon as possible,educate and guide them to grow healthily and become talents.At the same time,it provides reference for the education and management of overseas students in Jiangsu.
