摘要
阿富汗作为中国的邻邦,是古丝绸之路的枢纽,也是“一带一路”沿线的重要国家,其国内局势直接影响着中国“一带一路”倡议在阿富汗推进的深度和广度。虽然阿富汗地理位置优越、政府支持、资源丰富、劳动力廉价等优势使得中国与阿富汗未来合作前景广阔,但由于当前阿富汗国内安全局势的不确定性,中国与阿富汗的合作呈现贸易往来波动大、投资不稳定、务工人员不安全的特点。鉴于此,目前中国在阿富汗进行投资仍需谨慎。
As a neighbor of China,Afghanistan is the hub of the ancient Silk Road and an important country along the Belt and Road.Its domestic situation directly affects how far and deep that China's Belt and Road Initiative can go in Afghanistan.Afghanistan's superior geographical location,government support,abundant resources,and cheap labor make the future of China-Arab cooperation promising.However,because of the uncertainty of the current security situation,China's investment in Afghanistan still needs to be cautious considering fluctuating trade flows,unstable investments,and insecurity for workers.
