摘要
渗透是非金属内胆全缠绕储氢气瓶亟待解决的难点之一,从非金属内胆渗透率的计算、非金属内胆渗透的影响因素、渗透试验指标制定以及渗透试验设备需考虑因素等多方面进行了讨论,结果表明渗透试验的渗透率指标计算需综合考虑车辆场景、环境场景、测试、气体的扩散行为以及安全水平等多种因素。对后续企业或型式试验认证机构渗透试验指标的制定具有一定的指导意义。
Permeation is one of the difficulties to be solved urgently in the non-metal liner full-wrapped hydrogen storage cylinder.This article focuses on the calculation of the non-metal liner’s permeability,the influencing factors of the non-metal liner’s permeability,the formulation of permeability test indicators,and the factors to be considered for permeability test equipment.The results show that the calculation of the permeability index of the penetration test needs to consider various factors such as vehicle scene,environmental scene,test,gas diffusion behavior,and safety level.It has guiding significance for the subsequent enterprises or type test certification bodies to formulate penetration test indicators.
