摘要
爆破片对长管拖车的安全性影响很大,在长管拖车运行过程中,经常发生爆破片异常起爆现象,然而目前的研究对于长管拖车爆破片异常起爆原因的分析并不充分。为了进一步研究长管拖车爆破片异常起爆的原因,对两种类型长管拖车爆破片在爆破压力下的应力分布情况进行分析,结合试验结果和实际案例,分析剪切角等因素对爆破片实际爆破压力的影响。研究结果表明:正常情况下,拉伸型爆破片在顶部减薄区形成应力集中,剪切型爆破片在剪切区域形成应力集中;拉伸型爆破片的爆破位置受剪切环剪切角大小影响,剪切角较小时,剪切区域应力明显大于拱形顶部区域,剪切角较大时,拱形顶部区域应力明显大于剪切角区域;剪切环剪切角过小、爆破片组合件的不规范安装、爆破片上方积液结冰和介质腐蚀等原因均可能导致长管拖车用拉伸型爆破片发生异常起爆。
The bursting disc has a great influence on the safety of the long tube trailer,and abnormal initiation of the bursting disc often occurs during the operation of the long tube trailer.However,the present study is not enough to analyze the cause of abnormal initiation of long tube trailer bursting disc.In order to further study the causes of abnormal initiation of the long tube trailer bursting disc,the stress distribution of two types of long tube trailer bursting disc under bursting pressure was analyzed,and the influence of shear angle and other factors on the actual bursting pressure of the bursting disc was analyzed by combining with the test results and practical cases.The results showed that,under normal conditions,stress concentration was formed in the thinning area at the top of the tensile type bursting disc,and stress concentration was formed in the shearing area of the shear type bursting disc.The blasting position of the tensile type bursting disc was affected by the shear angle of the shear ring,when the shear angle was small,the stress in the shear area was obviously greater than that in the area at the top of the arch,and when the shear angle was large,the stress in the area at the top of the arch was obviously greater than that in the shear angle.The reasons such as too small shear angle of shear ring,irregular installation of the composite parts of the bursting disc,liquid accumulation above the bursting disc freezing and medium corrosion may lead to abnormal initiation of the tensile bursting disc used in the long tube trailer.
