从“一气周流”论治血痹

Discussion on Treatment of Blood Bi from Uni-Qi Circumfluence Theory

黄元御的“一气周流”理论认为气“左升右降,中气斡旋”的运动形式产生了人体的各种生理与病理的变化。张仲景在《金匮要略·血痹虚劳病脉证并治》篇中提出血痹的主要症状是“身体不仁”,主要病机是营卫气血不足,黄元御在其基础上将病机概括为“营瘀木陷”。基于清代医家黄元御“一气周流”理论探讨血痹的治疗,认为针引阳气与黄芪桂枝五物汤均是为温通阳气而设,阳气通达则一身之气周流无阻,周身得养则血痹得愈。

It is believed that the movement form of qi creates all kinds of changes both physiological and pathological in terms of the uni-qi circumfluence theory of HUANG Yuanyu.ZHANG Zhongjing mentioned that the main symptoms of blood Bi is numbness,and the main pathogenesis is deficiency of ying,wei,qi and blood in Jingui Yaolue·On Pulse Syndrome Complex and Treatment of Blood Bi.But HUANG Yuanyu summarized the pathogenesis as ying stasis and Liver-qi collapse.This study explored the treatment of blood Bi based on the uni-qi circumfluence theory of HUANG Yuanyu,it is believed that both needling to guide yang-qi and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can tonify qi and activate yang to cure blood Bi under the circumstances that yang-qi is smooth and qi of the whole body is unhindered to invigorate the whole body.
