摘要
YAG∶Ce荧光薄膜发光效率高、热稳定性好、散热快,在高功率高亮度白光照明,尤其是激光驱动白光照明(Laser-driven white lighting)领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了近年来国内外YAG∶Ce多晶薄膜、单晶薄膜以及复合薄膜的制备技术及其性能特点,并展望了其在高性能白光LED和高功率激光驱动白光照明领域的应用前景。
YAG∶Ce fluorescent films have high luminous efficiency,good thermal stability,and fast heat dissipation,which have broad practical application prospects in the field of high-power white lighting and laser-driven white lighting.This article reviews the recent research on the preparation and performances of YAG∶Ce polycrystalline films,single crystal films,and composite films.The future applications of YAG∶Ce films in high performance WLED and laser-driven white lighting are also proposed.
