青少年Prader-Willi综合征并发糖尿病一例并文献复习

Juvenile Prader-Willi syndrome with diabetes mellitus:a case report and literature review

摘要 Prader-Willi综合征(PWS)是一种父源基因缺失的遗传病,临床表现因年龄不同而有所差异。随着年龄的增长,发育异常、食欲亢进、肥胖及并发的糖脂代谢异常成为主要症状,并影响其远期预后。现报道一例因并发糖尿病被诊断为PWS的青少年患者,讨论其临床特征及诊治要点,旨在提高对PWS合并糖代谢异常的认识,并提出有效的防治措施。
