摘要
目的了解山西省流感病毒人间传播的病原学特征,为今后流感防控及疫苗接种工作提供科学依据。方法对2019~2020年度山西省流感监测的病原学检测结果进行统计分析。结果山西省流感监测网络在2019年4月至2020年3月期间,累计检测流感样病例标本10491份。其中,流感病毒核酸阳性1396份,阳性率为13.31%。2019年11月至2020年2月初是2019~2020年度流感病毒核酸检测阳性率的高峰期。本年度检出的甲型H3N2亚型流感病毒占全部核酸阳性标本的82.23%。男女性检测阳性率分别为13.12%和13.52%(P>0.05)。0~、5~、15~、25~和≥60岁组阳性率分别为8.98%、22.75%、18.60%、8.38%和7.38%,5~14岁组阳性率最高(22.75%),≥60岁组阳性率最低(7.38%),不同年龄组间阳性率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。中部地区组平均流感病毒检出率(17.18%)高于北部(10.80%)和南部地区组(11.81%)。结论2019~2020年度山西省季节性流感流行受到了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情影响。加强2020年秋冬流感样病例的监测工作及流感疫苗接种工作非常重要。
Objective To understand the pathogenic characteristics of influenza virus in Shanxi province during 2019-2020,so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of influenza and vaccination in the future.Methods The results of pathogenic detection of influenza surveillance in Shanxi province during 2019-2020 were researched for statistical analysis.Results During the period from April 2019 to March 2020,a total of 10491 influenza samples were detected by Shanxi influenza surveillance network,including 1396 influenza virus nucleic acid positive samples,with a positive rate of 13.31%.There has an obvious peak of the positive rate of influenza virus nucleic acid detection from November 2019 to February 2020.A H3 N2 subtype accounted for 82.23%of all nucleic acid positive samples in this year,and it occurred in the peak period of detection.There was no significant difference between male group(13.12%)and female group(13.52%).The positive rates were 8.98%,22.75%,18.60%,8.38%and 7.38%in the 0 to 4 years old group,the 5 to 14 years old group,the 15 to 24 years old group,the 25 to 59 years old group and≥60 years old group.The highest positive rate was 22.98%in the 5 to 14 years old group and 12.65%in the 0 to 4 years old group.There was significant difference in the positive rate among different age groups(P<0.01).The average detection rate of influenza virus in the central region group(17.18%)was significantly higher than that in the northern region group(10.80%)and the southern region group(11.81%).Conclusion Seasonal influenza in Shanxi during 2019-2020 is affected by the outbreak of COVID-19.It is very important to strengthen influenza surveillance and influenza vaccination in autumn and winter 2020.
