摘要
目的了解大连地区副溶血性弧菌的耐药表型及毒力基因情况,为预防及临床合理用药提供相关数据。方法对2018年大连地区分离的58株副溶血性弧菌进行药物敏感和毒力基因检测试验。结果58株副溶血性弧菌对头孢唑啉耐药性最高,为63.79%,且存在对多种抗生素均耐药的菌株;在毒力基因检测实验中,tdh基因携带率为34.48%,trh基因携带率为15.52%,tdh+/trh+菌株引起腹痛、腹泻、发热症状的几率均高于其他基因型。结论大连地区分离的58株副溶血性弧菌对头孢类药物普遍耐药。
Objective To understand the drug-resistant phenotype and virulence genes of vibrio parahaemolyticus in Dalian city,so as to provide relevant data for prevention and clinical rational use of drugs.Methods A total of 58 strains of vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated in Dalian city in 2018 were tested for drug sensitivity and virulence genes.Results Those 58 strains of vibrio parahaemolyticus had the highest resistance to cefazolin,which was 63.79%,and there were strains resistant to multiple antibiotics;in the virulence gene detection experiment,the tdh gene carrying rate was 34.48%,and the trh gene carrying rate was 15.52%.The tdh+/trh+strains were more likely to cause abdominal pain,diarrhea,and fever than other genotypes.Conclusion Those 58 strains of vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated in Dalian city are generally resistant to cephalosporins.
