济南市1起公共场所非职业性一氧化碳中毒事件调查

Survey on a non-occupational carbon monoxide poisoning incident in a public place,Jinan city

目的对2019年2月12日1起济南市公共场所非职业性一氧化碳中毒事件进行流行病学调查,并提出建议与预防措施。方法收集病例当日的临床症状及转归、临床检验结果,同时收集事发当日公司现场监测的CO和CO2浓度,采用描述流行病学方法对济南市某公司报告的1起非职业性一氧化碳中毒事件进行分析。结果事件共报告16例中毒患者,中毒地点集中在各自办公室内,均出现头晕、恶心、乏力等症状,13病例出现心悸(81.25%),7例行动困难(43.75%),2例(12.5%)浅昏迷,碳氧血红蛋白均为阳性或弱阳性,经高压氧舱治疗所有病例症状缓解。调查发现地下二层锅炉房、顶楼锅炉烟道和7层楼道处中CO浓度分别为大厅浓度的7、4和2倍,远高于其他楼层。结论本次事件为1起烟道泄露引起的非职业性CO中毒事件。

Objective To conduct epidemiological investigation to a non-occupational carbon monoxide poisoning incident in a public place in Jinan on February 12,2019,and offer proposals and preventive measures.Methods Clinical symptoms and clinical test results were collected on the day of the case.CO and CO2 concentrations of the company on the day were collected.A non-occupational carbon monoxide poisoning incident reported by a company in Jinan city was analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results There were 16 poisoning patients in the company,all of whom had dizziness,nausea and fatigue,poisoning sites were concentrated in their respective offices.13 persons had palpitations(81.25%),7 persons had difficulty in moving(43.75%),2 persons(12.5%)had shallow coma.The carboxyhemoglobin was all positive or weakly positive.All cases were relieved after hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatment.The investigation found that the CO concentration in the second-floor boiler room,the penthouse boiler flue and the 7-floor corridor was 7,4 and 2 times of the concentration in the hall.Conclusion The incident is a non-occupational CO poisoning incident caused by flue leakage.
